1. About us

Car District Global is a Japan-based vehicle exporter selling used and new vehicles to buyers worldwide. Where these terms refer to "we" or "us", they mean Car District Global.

2. Listings and availability

Vehicle listings describe stock we hold or can source at the time of publication. Stock moves quickly and a listing does not guarantee availability. We may correct pricing, specification or availability errors at any time before an invoice is issued.

Photographs and inspection notes show the vehicle's condition as recorded at inspection. Used vehicles carry normal wear that may not be visible in every photograph.

3. Quotes and prices

• Prices shown on the site are FOB unless clearly marked CFR or CIF.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to the vehicle remaining unsold.
• Currency figures shown on the site are indicative. The rate on your invoice is the rate that applies.
• Import duties, taxes, port charges and local clearing costs at the destination are not included and are payable by the buyer.

4. Orders, deposits and payment

An order is confirmed only when we issue an invoice and receive the agreed deposit. The balance must clear before shipment is booked. Payment instructions appear only on our official invoice; if you receive banking details from any other source, contact us before sending funds.

If the balance is not received by the date on the invoice, we may cancel the order and re-list the vehicle.

5. Shipping

Sailing schedules, transit times and arrival dates are estimates provided by the shipping line and can change for reasons outside our control, including weather, port congestion and carrier scheduling. We are not liable for losses caused by such delays.

Risk passes to the buyer in line with the agreed Incoterm on the invoice.

6. Documents and import eligibility

We prepare and courier the export documentation for each shipment. Confirming that a vehicle meets the import rules of the destination country, including age, emission and inspection requirements, is the buyer's responsibility. We are happy to advise, but the final check rests with the buyer or their clearing agent.

7. Warranty

Used vehicles are sold as inspected, without warranty, unless a written warranty is stated on the invoice. Inspection reports describe condition at the time of inspection and are not a guarantee of future performance.

8. Liability

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.

9. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the site, resell our listing data, submit false enquiries or attempt to interfere with the site's operation. We may withdraw access where these terms are misused.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as our services change. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
